Dr Ralf Becker received his doctorate under Professor Heribert Meffert at the Institute for Marketing at Münster University and worked there for several years. Since 1983 Becker has been CEO and managing partner of Fritz Becker KG in Brakel, Germany. He is also chairman of the International Association for Technical Issues Related to Wood, a member of the board of the Association of the German Wood-Based Panel Industries and head trustee of one of the Fraunhofer Society institutes. In addition, he chairs the supervisory board of ScMI Scenario Management International AG in Paderborn, Germany.
