Dr Sabine Thümmler

In 1991 Dr Sabine Thümmler started working as head of the German Wallpaper Museum, which became part of Landscape Hessen Kassel Museum in 1993. The former costume designer has a doctorate in art history and a wealth of experience in exhibition conception and organisation. She also has many publications to her credit. She has been the director of the Berlin Museum of Applied Arts since April 2010.
